21x14 watercolor paper
Reeves watercolor tube paints
Prismacolor pencils
Masking fluid
Watercolor pencils

Time: about 4 hours

EDIT: Oh gosh, a DD...I can't even begin to say how insanely grateful I am to all of you guys. This has seriously been a dream of mine since I started DA yearrrrrrrssss ago. Thank you so much all of you wonderful people out there. I love you :iconimcryingsomuchplz:

omg...it's stunning...this is the level I really want to get too...but I can never seem to acheive the 'painterly' look that you have!

What program do you use? I was having trouble getting this look in photoshop but switched to paint tool sai and it's waaaaaay easier to get a natural paint look.

I use sai a lot more than photoshop, becuase I can't seem to blend too well with PS. And your welcome!
